Senior Associate, Sales and Sourcing

Boca Raton, FL

We currently have an open position for a Senior Associate, Sales and Sourcing for the Compounding Pharmacy Sector located in the Boca Raton, Florida facility.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Supporting API Sourcing and sales teams related activities for Pharmacy Compounding sector including regular updates to key internal parties.
  • Improve, maintain, and update Sales Force Module for Sourcing and Compounding Sales teams.
  • Data Analysis & Database creation as needed to support ongoing operations, for the sales to the compounding pharmacy sector including accessing and extracting data from Sales Force and SAP or as requested by LGM leadership.
  • Perform market research to have a good market understanding and identify trends that will leverage LGM's position with clients and manufacturers.
  • Maintain relationships with manufacturers & vendors supplying material to LGM.
  • Attend meetings (calls/VC/in person) with manufacturers to build a good working relationship.
  • Work with LGM Sales Team to ensure quotes are provided to clients in a timely manner.
  • Supporting logistics department on procurement & shipments of goods
  • Provide cross functional support within LGM, i.e. Quality, Marketing, Logistics, Finance & Business Development.
  • Support post RFQ/post PO client support and follow up.
  • Provide ongoing customer service. Follow-up on closed opportunities (lost & won) to maintain communication and drive repeat opportunities.
  • Consistently document all relevant Lead, Account, Contact and Opportunity information in Salesforce. Generate and distribute reports as needed.
  • Following up on shipments, relaying this info to clients.

   

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in an API sourcing and sales preferred.
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the compounding pharmacy sector process desire.
  • Must possess excellent presentation, written, and verbal communications skills. Assertive communication skills required.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred.
  • Proficiency with general office and design software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good problem-solving skills
